The ContiCrossContact UHP delivers incredibly responsive cornering, braking, and traction that work to actively resist hydroplaning, thanks to an Asymmetric Tread Pattern, engineered to allow both sides of the tread to perform independently of each other. This computer-optimized tread face is designed to deliver a greater surface contact patch. Large stiff blocks on the outside of the tire and a stabilizing rib reduce shoulder wear, while subtle tread elements on the inside of the tread work to deliver enhanced traction.
The innovative Advanced Silica Technology adjusts to road conditions, cushions the ride, improves traction, lowers rolling resistance and prolongs tread life. That means greater fuel economy and enhanced wet & dry grip.
